Holdings

I hold UEC amongst other U stocks including a few FUU. As a pure play explorer FUU was often up a bit when UEC was down and vice versa. They have both moved up a decent move up today...so I'm getting the feeling (hoping) the era of stock jumps on good exploration news could be close at hand.

FUU is where NexGen was about 7 years ago. Patterson Lake North may be an even bigger deposit than Arrow...the assay results are better than Arrow which means cheaper to mine it. NXE was at 60c when I bought it all those years ago so it has produced stellar returns. FUU has a lot of work to do yet before it can prove the deposit but that is the nature of the Uranium exploration business. It could ...more

Yes I think FUU is very much like the early days of UEX. Strikes which were followed over the years of definition of pounds in the ground. It was bizarre when it got up over $9 in the last bull (pre-Fukushima). I remember sitting at my desk with $-signs rolling in my head selling and buying some back as the price kept going up. I've got a wee bit more powder in the chamber this time though ...more
