US House Majority Leader Steve Scalise now confirms that the House is set to vote on Bill H.R. 1042 - Prohibiting Russian #Uranium Imports Act - on Monday, December 11th.

The Bill now has the full support of the US

I would guess 50/50, not wanting to get over confident that this bill will pass, knowing American politics.

The vote if it passes is step one. Next if it has passed the house it has to also be passed in the senate.. If that happens without incident then it has to go to the president's desk to be signed into law., However sometimes the senate makes changes to a bill and it is ratified in the senate then those changes have to go back to the house to be voted on., If there are no changes  it goes ...more
