Can be broken DEC 31st by either party, AEC would have to pay a $5 million canadian break up fee.

you had your chance to make more than 100% from 5 cents to 12 cents. If you are not active you miss out on many deals. but now the complaining starts ,sfter the fact as usual.

Where did I see all the 4 shareholders boardmembers agreed to the arranged Acquisition Agreement? Every Insider Share/Warrantholder person. 4 Major 2 other 36% unanimous endorsed the Acquisition.
