Mathewson has 686,384 shares. I would watch insider filing activity for any sales to see if there is any clue that his belief in the company has changed. The restricted shares he'd been receiving as compensation under Rule 16b-3(d) have a holding period before he can sell.

I disliked the whole PR campaign that ran the stock up to the $1.50s and see no value - other than PR- to bringing Zinke onto the BOD.  Best of luck!
