I am too old to believe in Santa but I do still remember past times of some degrees of truth and not the present global insanity.
We all know ABI was and continues to be a manipulated  barn horse owned and controlled for decades by a family and friends. There is not debate here. The only fact that needs to be shared here, is stock price, in this present time frame, after another YEAR annual meeting...with present leadership. All other comments are but snowflakes on a Louisianan tin roof mid July on a shrimp shack....just imaginary imagines, words, figures ..of  what Should be but is not ......real. Real and reality...

I constantly debate the reasons for this gross, inexcusable  ... "effective oversight of the financial reporting process...( in nice words)..few real gambling investors will "play " here. Quebec is statist--the government  makes a lot of input into the economy. Whenever you see what they have done, such as the massive James Bay hydro-electric project, you can see that they have long term objectives and planning. I cannot say the same thing for other provinces. Quebec is different--big taxes, cheap electricity, lots of services. I do not live there but would be openminded to

You want Quebec resources and money but can't accept the language and  culture. Quebec is officially a French province and the rest of Canada is officially bilingual. Find a gold mine in Maine,Vermont or NY  and invest your retirement money in it. Go
