Shop/Sell Abcourt-Barvue/Vendome

Using today's price of $26.42/oz Ag (US) and $1.235 Zn (US), the in-situ buyout value is ~$50,000,000 for these two deposits/properties at 3.5%. Silver could well reach >$35/oz in 2021. All serious silver investors are seeing major stock price appreciation. One of my major silver investments has gone up 35% in two days. Another is up 81 times in about four years and it could well be up 300 to 500 times once in production.

The major silver producers are generating significant cash flow and have already let it be known they are looking for acquisitions/buying opportunities. Now might be the perfect time to shop Abcourt-Barvue/Vendome. Mr. Hinse will not be able to get these into production, so the best scenerio for shareholders/Hinse family might be to sell these deposits in these very favorable silver prices.

Fernand, and other long time shareholders, what are your thoughts regarding these two deposits?

LC

P.S. A major silver producer would want to get Abcourt-Barvue/Vendome into production within 2-3 years.  These deposits, from today's standpoint, are already missing the value of current prices.

Agreed sell it !!  It seems the current management does not know how to actualized the true value of its assets.. Get the cash speed up the drilling in SG , and rewards some of the longs here with dividends..

Hi lccommoner I am not sure that my opinions counts anymore on this board now with all those new posters that seems to know everything about mining and how to manage a mining company and how to trade stocks and all the older posters that have acquired experience like me over the years .   My opinion on Barvue is based on many things. At the last zoom meeting Mr Hinse comment was that ...more

Greetings Fernand: Thanks for your thoughtful response and the time involved. Sincerely appreciated. Obviously some changes need to happen. Decades of current status is only serving one family. Option 1. Upside and downside to this option. If many more years of status quo in the making, selling Abcourt-Barvue/Vendome (A-B/V) should be considered. At least there is some money in the bank versus ...more

Oops! Did it again! Reread my previous post and realized the ~ 22 million ounces of silver only included all categories from Abcourt-Barvue. Adding Vendome adds another ~ 2 million ounces. So ~ 24 million ounces total. At any rate, these numbers should be worth considering by someone if Abcourt chose to sell/other options. "Very significant value" if silver price > $35 oz Ag and >  ...more

Without a new CEO only option 6 is realistic, and I would say the timeframe, given the history of Hinse on meeting targets in given timeframes, is unrealistic.  A new CEO, with a reputation to make, and with his sights on a job with a much larger company, could send this stock sky high with the right decisions. He could use options 3, 4 or 5 to increase share price. I also happen to view ...more
