You coming back on this board. How does someone who says has shares on this board ; has nothing but sad things to say about Abcourt and Mr. Hinse.

I don't get it !!!

in regrads to why the other board members not buying ; there could be lot's of reason why; most members on the board of ABI   don't need more shares . I would be really worried if they would sell at these levels ; now that would be concerning to me and  i am sure to alot  of people on this board.

I think the best is yet to come; Mr. HINSE IS BUILDING SOMETHING BIG. I hope that when ABI explodes  that  Mr. Hinse will be around to see the fruition of he's hard work and swaet over the years. Be thankfull that one day you will have the opportunity if you have shares of ABI to make some serious $$$.

Stop the whinning and reflect of what you say.

Allow me to walk into the room tonight.. of BB insults of  past shared comments and insulting me. I have several comment but in truth one.. We...BB and I do not agree fundamentally.. That OMH is/was the best representative to all past and present shareholders. I hope everyone here reads this posts and NEVER replies to Theoldmariner again. To me it was obwvious all along  that he is either a lost and broken drunkard or a pusher/basher. Probably he is both.

I used to think that too but I changed my mind. Old Mariner is actually an important part of this discussion board and he has a valid point about the danger of having too much of a public company's control in the hands of one family. ABI would be a stronger and more respected company if there was less family control over the Board of Directors. I do not think that they realize that fact yet

Correction to my post: there are 2 family members and 2 family friends on the Board of Directors. That is four out of seven, giving effective Hinse family control of Abcourt's BOD. At the same time the Hinse family controls slightly over 20% of the shares.  I have no problem with insider buying. That is not the issue. I also appreciate that Mr. Hinse has kept this company alive and

I thought that Jean-Guy Courtois was a brother in law. I just wasn't sure if I remembered that correctly.  It's time for Abcourt to mature as a company and for that to reflect in the make up of it's BOD. They could get away with flying under the radar with all these family members when it was a smaller company, unnoticed, and not as scrutinized by the market, but now that has to
