RE:One-Night Sale!

One might surmise that some individual trader or group might be gradually selling down our Abcourt shares with the expectation of a big dump right into their lap when they consider that their price is right.

It won't be coming from me.

Whatever the reason, if opportunity knocks, go ahead and take it!

This is a very unique opportunity to accumulate!

Gold up today , abi down on low volume .. I find this a specific company issues or just luck of interest in gold stock.. either way we are down..lack of interest on low volume.. I myself would add a significant amount if i am confident with the successions plan.. I do not want another Hinse to run the show ..

I agree JT.  Normand Hinse is someone who: - is the son of the CEO - has zero mining education  - has no experience to speak of in the mining sector - has his own company to run which is located across the province - is approaching retirement age himself - occupies a seat on the BOD that could have been held by a qualified mining person who could actually provide guidance to ABI ...more

OMPAR2016, you are a spreader of disinformation.  No, I have not "doubled" my "position in the last couple of years". What a complete lie. You are purposely misrepresenting me as someone who "seems to target anyone who can talk positively about the company" in order to try to drive down the share price so I can buy more "cheap" shares, as you put it.  ...more

No OMPAR2016, you actually are a spreader of disinformation. I challenge you to prove your statements about my share holdings. You will not be able to "find the dates" of my posts because you are a liar.  Meanwhile, you and the other gas lighters on this forum continue to ignore the issues that I have brought up about Hinse family control of ABI to their personal benefit. Some of ...more

Hi Gecko I am very interested in knowing how Decochib acquired the Elder Nsr. Please include the price of purchase and how at the time of purchase Abcourt could not buy directly. If Abcourt could not buy due to lack of fund and was in survival mode or could not get financing what was the alternative. You are a business man  what would you have done. Thanks for your honest answer. Fernand ...more

Hi Fernand, I think that you are asking your question to the wrong person. May I suggest that you ask your question to the appropriate party, namely Renaud Hinse, currently employed by Abcourt Mines Ltd as the CEO.  You are welcome to copy the following letter when you email your question to him: "Hello Mr. Renaud Hinse, I am very interested in knowing how Decochib acquired ...more

Greetings Fernand: I suggest you procure a copy of all appropriate documents, via your lawyer. I personally believe anything Mr. Hinse says/communicates (e.g., NR) is suspect. Too much dishonesty and frankly, outright lies from Abcourt Mines. That is why a personal meeting with Mr. Hinse or Zoom meetings are meaningless. The stock price at $0.125 says it all. For the sake of discussion, let’s ...more

Gecko is the only one here not putting his head under sand .. Do you have any info how much annual NSR paid to Hinse family ??  This is more like a dividend play for them while we only rely on capital appreciation..

Everyone wants to see abi succeed here !!  The need for transparency is a must !! Governance is an issue when the board is controlled by a certained group.. Market confidence needed to bring back to attract new investors..  Starts with succession plan !!  NSR needed to be sold ..  AISC needed to break down and see where it needed most attention..  AISC is so ...more

Hi My own opinion on a private company formed to receive NSR, divident, compensation is different from some on this board. Many individuals form a private company to help differ income taxes, reduce personnal liability, estate planning, eliminate some of the expenses such as social security,Csst,Rrq, etc. Many on this board have formed a company for those same reasons except we probably were not ...more
