He is close to Hinse Family for years, so expect the Board meetings will be friendly get togethers 4. Nowadays you can attend a board meeting by phone, so his distance doesn't matter.  5. Between Mr Mestrallet and Hinse family, they own +- 45% of the company. It is reasonnable from their part to protect their holdings by having  control of the co. I would expect their proposal and vote to be in Abcourt best interest.
