Silly Questions

Confusing.  Fernand quoted Hinse as saying "As for SG the closest city is 80 miles away."  Wasn't this known when purchased?  When it was previously mined, where did the miners come from?  Are there any other mining companies anywhere in the world who face the same issue?  If so, how do they handle it?

I have looked at the map and Sleeping Giant mine is half way between Amos and Matagani. !84k between both cities. Rouyn Noranda and Val D'or and Amos cannot supply all the workers for the nearby mines.(Malartic mine probably hires 1000 persons.)  As far as i can gather Amos has a population of 14k . Matagami had a population of 1453 persons in 2016. There are many mines that has attracted ...more

I guess Mr. Hinse is a penny fox. If they want to attract miners they will have to be attractive as an employer.

Usually in quebec they either have a 7 day work / 7 days off schedule or something simmilar
