AGM on the 16 dec and Mr Christian Dupont
Hi folks . I first heard of Mr Christian Dupont from Brownbear2 yesterday.
I tried to find info on Abcourt site on Mr Dupont and the AGM .
There was none.
I had to look on SEDAR to see the filing on nov 18 2021 to see officially that there was a AGM meeting on dec 16 and in the filing it mentionned that there was a proposal to elect Mr Christian Dupont on the board.
It mentionned that the vote proxy would be sent to shareholders registered on nov 12 .
I have not received any info by mail as of today.

https://ca.wallmine.com/tsxv/bru/officer/1894015/christian-dupont Formerly involved with TOM Exploration, so he is familiar with the Elder Mine. Definitely a step up from the very elderly brother in law and former funeral business director, who never should have been on the ABI board.

This is why abi in death bed..We have BOD in funeral business experience.. Bring more people with mining experience on the board.. Mr.Dupont a good starts .. How about Mestrallet , what experience does he have in Mining??

I agree JT, It is such a shame and embarrassment to ABI that Francois Mestrallet, a man with zero mining education and zero mining experience has not only been on the Board of Directors for several years, but he is now the chairman of the BOD. What a joke!

What makes sense as a transition after decades of Renaud? Relinquishing control to people he knows. Mestrallet as Chair, Dupont back on the Board and perhaps the new CEO. Son as CFO and on the Board.
