Proxy form

Just received it in the mail today.

I voted "withhold" to Normand Hinse and Francois Mestrallet as directors because it makes no sense to me that a company is directed by people who have no mining education and no mining experience. Pretty simple when one thinks about it - like someone not driving a commercial 18-wheeler truck when they haven't gone to driving school and have no experience driving vehicles. Yet our company Abcourt is going to be "directed" by those who lack the educational background and experience? All the others have mining industry education and/or significant experience, so I voted yes for them.

I also voted "withhold" to Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors because instead of supplying us with more details regarding Renaud Hinse's "Professional Fees" of $389,972 in 2020, there are now no details at all. Also, the current auditors have done absolutely nothing to inform the shareholders regarding the lack of information and ambiguities surrounding the Elder mine NSR.

Hi Fernand, With due respect, I think Abcourt shareholders will not get full value as long as "the Hinse side" are allowed to use this public company for their personal profit.  The very ambiguous circumstances surrounding Renaud Hinse's snapping up of the Elder NSR for himself need to be brought to light. There was a lack of transparency because it was not reported at the ...more

Hi John(Geckomeister) You are correct to question NSR legality and how it was acquired. But for now my concern is what if there was or is conflict of interest between Mr Hinse and Mr Mestrallet ex: What if Mr Mestrallet in willing to sell part of ABCOURT(Elder,or SG or Barvue and get a few cents bonuse and then sell all of his holding. All he need is to convince 3 out of 7 board member excluding ...more

Geckomeister thank you very much for sharing the results of your many months of sleuthing. The facts you have discovered are shocking to me but Hinse family lack of moral compass is not surprising to me. I was unaware that Renaud Hinse and his family are really just common thieves mascarading as upstanding citizens while stealing gold from ABI shareholders. imo this hinse behavior makes it likely ...more

Hi Petersburggray. I am happy to not be in your shoes because when you say that the Hinse family are just common thieves and stealing gold from the co you are putting yourself in a position to be sued and you could loose all your Abcourt shares and whealth  if ever you are brought to court. Yes the nsr is a questionnable practice but not illegal. Fernand .

Thanks for your warning about libelous statements Fernand. I have plenty of "imo" and "potentially" in my post so i am not defaming Renaud and his children but only stating my opinion regarding the facts Geckomeister has written, facts which from your post, you also confirm as true. You, Fernand, on this blog, being a resolute and adamant defender of Renaud over many many years ...more

Isn't this world a bit upside down, when discussing and questioning the possibility of  criminal activities is considered more of a crime than the the crime itself... If this Abcourt saga was ever presented in a court of law the shareholders would have a very strong argument that they were had fror many years...Hypothetically speaking, if the shareholders won in a class action suit, ...more

questions concerning proxy form. I still have not received the voting proxy form. I have spent 2 hrs on the phone with Computershare, transfered 3 times and the final answer was they were not the one responsible for sending the form by mail. It is the responsability of the brokerage firm where your shares are deposited to supply the form. My firm is Disnat . I  called Disnat  and after ...more

If the Hinse clan are removed completely from the daily operations here I will reload more here .. Right now, many shareholders here do not trust these people running the show ..  We needed transparency like any public companies..Not very hard to do unless there a need for something to kept..
