Good Morning Shareholders and Readers
What we have here is a very clear situation of miscommunication on a topic which is very concerning and sad.
First and foremost Mr. Javamna12, should have never felt the need to convey an apologize to Fernand, in my opinion. Mr. Javaman12 has consistently and I may add extraordinarily fairly shared his opinions here, in the past and present. I may not always have agreed with his opinions but he presented with such wonderful complete sentences  in the English language.....smile.
Regarding Fernand's ....narrative....he will have to someday share his insight and reasoning, if he wishes, ...why?
To my point, without some degree of accurate information, to what actually transpired on this 2021 annual meeting of the powers which control this company.......I will remain silent....smile.

But ......I will always, feel OMH has, over the past decade and more, completely demonstrated with documented facts, his complete disregard and respect ...to the broadly held  smaller shareholders. This fact is clear. Additionally his continued role as CEO....must end, as soon as possible, to allow good men/women with clear and present leadership..to take his once talented accumulated assets of rich potential mining properties to their real destiny and value......this PUBLIC OMPANY would soar for all...in my humble opinion.

Continuing....His graceful departure.....

He could be remembered in a better frame of reference than he is held this morning...old, greedy, manipulative.....did i say....arrogant ? This could change.....
