Mr Hinse will resign as president and CEO march 22

It could be good news for all you negative posters.
If all your past post are legitimate that would mean a 100% increase in Abcourt share price in the coming days.
What will you find to continue complaining now.

Not mentioned in Renaud Hinse's CV was his snatching up of the NSR under obscure circumstances for his personal gain instead of all Abcourt's shareholders benefitting from the company regaining the Elder NSR. Had he simply regained the NSR for Abcourt, Abcourt's share price would be far higher than it is today, and the Hinse family, as well as all long-term shareholders would have been ...more

The brood aka son and daughter need to resign as well forthwith. Also Renaud french veternarian slave boot licker who enabled the hinse crooked ways need to resign and stick with his specialty, large animals or dogs and cats. Once this chaff is swept away ABI need the hinse to return the NSR and all the ounces of gold unjustly acquired by the hinse over the decades. Fiat cash is nothing, ABI ...more

It's a welcome change .. market have lost faith on this management group..  I really like to see transparency on NSR .. it seems no one knows how much it cost , when it was bought , and for how long ??  How hard it is for Danny to get this done ..  Unless we get this transparency issue there is no upside here ..

Jtdouble NSR questions. Part of your questions are answered on page 15 in the french version of the 2021 annual report. 2% NSR was acquired from Canuc Resources inc in 2001. Most NSR are valid for the life of the mine. Now that you know the year of purchase (that you already knew from Geickmeister previous post)  you could do a little extra research by yourself and contribute to this board ...more

Fernand I did not see any purchase price given the NSR . These are what the transparency we talking about ..  You want me to do a DD , the company must produce a PR or some notes in financials statement.. wake up !!

In your previous post you asked When, for how long and the price. I answered 2 of your questions. Please make an effort to prove to all posters that you can think for yourself and contribute to Abcourt advancement by searching for an answer to the third questions instead of only asking other posters to supply you with answers. You are lazy and unwilling to put the effort to provide the solution ...more

First, have never met Renaud H, & am losing money on ABI, nevertheless, he is a remarkable man; who put a great package of properties together and brought 'his' company into profitable production, all with minimum capital and at an age that most of us will never achieve. Thank you sir, I wish you many kind and gentle years ahead.

Hi Tannin Although I estimate the resignation and further replacement of Renaud Hinse a good thing for Abcourt, no one can deny him to have built up a nice company with plenty of nice assets. I also with you and I share your admiration for Renaud's ability to have done so at such a venerable age. Some men seem indestructible, and the years glide over them like water on the feathers of a ...more

Hi Petersburggray, I absolutely do not agree with your analysis of the situation. It is clear to me that it was Mr. Mestrallet who, as a large shareholder, first of all ensured that the independent directors had a majority on the Board by appointing Mr. Rene Branchaud. And then slowly but firmly led Renaud Hinse to leave his place as chairman of the board and then finally to resign from his ...more
