I need your help
researching a critical issue that effect every Abcourt shareholder. So far i have been unable to locate Normand hinse, an Abcourt director and until recently Abcourt CFO and Jasmine hinse, Abcourt corporate secretary, who is responsible for recording and safeguarding certain very important Abcourt corporate records, regulatory disclosures on sedar that they are controlling shareholders of Decochib, and English offshore corporation located in an offshore tax haven that has been receiving cash and physical gold compensation for perhaps 15 years from Abcourt as "consulting fees" and NSR on Elder mine gold production. Of course i am not insinuating by my question that either normand or jasmine are involved in any illegal or unethical conduct whatsoever but simply am asking other shareholders to help me locate Normand and jasmine sedar regulatory disclosures of their interest in decochib, an offshore foreign corp located in an English tax haven that i have been unable to find. In my opinion my query is serious for shareholers of ABI to consider since to my knowledge, such a failure to disclose a financial interest by an officer or director of a corporation domiciled in u.s.A., and candada may have different securities regulations, i dont know, could potentially result in lifetime ban of officers and directors who fail to disclose, from serving in similar capacity in any public corporation whatsoever. Of course i am not making accusations of wrongdoing but only seek the help of investors on this blog to locate normand hinse and jasmine hinse sedar disclose of their financial interest in Decochib. Thank you very kindly in advance for helping me locate these particular financial records.
