RE:RE:Level 11

"Recovered" in price was a poor choice of words on my part. Abcourt's share price has touched bottom and has recovered 'a bit' and may yet be poised for a long march ahead. But I do hope that this is not, just 'a dead cat bounce' off the bottom!

I am fully invested here and still hold out much hope for the many rewards that this company still offers.

But the future share price will be mainly dependent upon future earnings. Good stock promotion gives the proper heads up to all in the investment community who may be willing to take such a plunge.

Yet most investors would prefer to dive into more certain waters.

I am not blaming Dany for any lack of transparency. I want to emphazise this point.

He has led me to understand that his role as a stock promoter has been stymied. And he is a shareholder too!

So why on Earth would a company not be willing to promote their own shares?

They have a well paid stock promoter available just waiting to pull the trigger!

Abcourt Mines has a lot of very valuable properties that will someday make a lot of people very rich!

But who will they actually turn out to be?

                                                              Think about it!

                                                           All the best! Java

Except Java did not mention the biggest issue of all of them - the Elder NSR which Renaud Hinse purportedly nabbed for HIMSELF and not for Abcourt, his employer.  Abcourt needs to publicly disclose a copy of the alleged NSR Purchase Agreement with Canuc to ALL SHAREHOLDERS AND STAKEHOLDERS so that we may evaluate whether or not Renaud Hinse is guilty of: 1. A conflict of interest.   ...more

and we need to add:  4. Lack of Disclosure to the list.

"Purported", "alledged" , " "purportadly" "allegedly" is all very specific phraseology that you have used regarding existance of Elder mine NSR legal transfer documentation Geckomeister...your phraseology lead me to surmise that potentially your due dilligence has lead you to a potential conclusion that no written agreement exist between canuc resources ...more

My thoughts on potential scenario outlined by Gecko due dilligence that there exist is no purchase/sale agreement between Canuc resources and hinse for transfer of Elder mine nsr from canuc to hinse. In this scenario for perhaps 10 years Abcourt been paying gold to decochib, a offshore foreign corporation domiciled in an english tax haven that is controlled by Abcourt CEO, director of finance and ...more
