I would not think this is a rewarding pathweay forward...at this time. Why the reward of premium to this wee company? 
I have watched for a decade past expectations of grand visions..which proved to be.....06 cents and sliding into a very gray future....
To reiterate my shared early comment
They can manage what they now control well!!!!!!!

this is a win/win....hope it goes through ...extra ready cash from PRO 5000 ton bulk sample will help, with ABI pp, develop SG ... into a profitable operation, and that's our immy objective. And don't quibble over premium for PRO shareholders.....small potatoes.......

Good morning Mr. Tannin, Frankly you have more iinformation than i do on this subject. Regarding small potatoes...I am hoping you are correct.  The market...well ....to be frank there is no real market just a very manipualted global casino with their rules. Gold and silver being their greatest and only real flip side...so to share for the free thinkers.. I feel interest rates will climb

And a good morning yourself, Mr. Mariner. Took a long hard look at the deal, initially wondering why the heck etc......and it sold itself ..... not immediately obvious, but on second and third look......its an ....'of course'. Imo, a year from now shareholders from both companies will be pleased....
