Merger with Pershimex

Why no comments or info from both co in the last few weeks.

The share price of Pershimex at 0.025 and the share price of Abcourt at 0.035 or 0.04c is
not a clue of what could happen.

Abcourt is close to the lower price that it has ever been and Pershimex is also close to the price it
has ever been.

Can we still see  Mr Gagnon and directors of Pershimex adding value to Abcourt.
Can Pershimex still see value of merging with Abcourt.

I am a shareholders of both co and cannot vote for a merge or against.

Can any shareholders post their opinions for or against.

Thanks
Fernand

What matters labrador6, is what % of total assets, of the 'new' company, PRO holders receive, approx 18%....share consolidation doesn't change that. Considering ABI brings both an operating mill and SG, a high grade mine, together with other valuable assets, ratio seems fair to me.....or, put another way, when neither side is very happy, it's probably in the right ballpark.

As you know Fernand, I'm for the merger...only own ABI. For abi, can process PRO gold without nsr, and pro's holdings look interesting to me ( no geologists though). For abi and pro, the cost of 'being alive corporately' is minimum $50,000 ( audits, listing fees, BoD fees, ++), and raising funds should be easier with more attractive asset package....and more possible ore sources ...more
