Abcourt mine value

How can Abcout value be so low.
If at the number of shares on the stock market  be valued at 0.045c = $24,735, 000 and if
all the warrants be included equal to $33.3 M

There could be  an opportunity to invest in it at a  small price that has so much morwe
and be valued at such a lower price.Time will tel

Love you all.

Hi Fernand,  Not sure if this has anything to do with the price but I noticed that Normand H owned 2.1M shares back in 23 and is now down to 699,000 shares. I did not check all the transactions but some of the sales took place when the stock hit .05/share.   Just an observation,  Ken

That means Normand is leaving the boat. Surely his sales have had a depressive effect on share price. But as it owns only 700K shares this would not have such effect now

Normand is not part of management anymore. So having such a few shares in his name is not important. But Mr Renaud Hinse passing away and 18% of Abcourt ownership was and still might be.. What will the new owners of that 18% do with the shares or has already done. Maybe if one of Mr Hinse daugther still in management might force the holders of that 18% to disclose their actions. Have a good week ...more
