Strategies to acquire the Company

If i had $4m to invest in a co that i would like to acquire i would do what the new
share holder is doing.
I would ask to be  on the board of directors.
I would ask to be in a position to add to my holding.
To acquire a mining co the rules specify that the new possible owner needs 66% of the share holders approuval(that do not include the purchaser).
One way to increase the odds of success is to buy the shares of a few large shahe holders.
Maybe Mr Hinse heritors and or Mr Mestralet would be willing to sell at a price of 0.06- 0.08c .
Another way to increase the odds of buying is to have friends buy all available shares at todays prce.
and they would all be in a position to vote for an aquisition.
That would leave small inverstors that acquired shares at 0.04- 06 c a shares in a position to vote
for acquisition.
The result would be that the new investor could acquire Abcourt at a very large discount.

We as old share holders would be in a loosing position.
Yes there is a possibility to sell our shares at 0.08c but is that the final result after 10-20 years of
being a loyal share holder.

Some questions for you Fernand. Do you have someone special in mind, or is this just an imaginary scenario based on your own considerations? And why do you even think along those lines? I think you need to give us a little more to chew on before we can even enter into such a discussion.

The only thing that i can comment on is that Abcourt is making  a PP at 0.045c and only a few days to conclude. That if i understand right is already a done deal because of only a few days to conclude. And if a new participant has $ 4.5m to invest he must have done his due diligence. And only an investor with that much money to invest must think that Abcourt is a good deal. I can only ...more

And or if i find an extra $200k to invest .Then i might be a little more negative to help the share price to decrease. But that seem very inlikely either that i find $200k or that the share price should decrease. Only dreaming again after many beers. By now you should all understand that what i post is only a dream. Thanks for your reply Fernand. There have been many private placements recently, but where would Abcourt have been without this money? The fact that they manage to raise so much money at all from a sometimes demanding capital market indicates skilled management, and that Abcourt has a product that many investors believe in. This should bode well for the future. Good luck, and have a nice day ...more
