Why gold stock price so low. Are we in 2008-9 !

The more co i analyze the more i realize that gold shares are undervalued (assets are worth 2-5 times
more than the Mcap of the co)..
Will we see a 200-300% rise in the next 1-2 years just to be more realistic.
