....as stated earlier, there really wasn't any reason for the share price to drop due to the prior announcement of a delayed start for both projects due to a heavy snow winter, since nothing has changed in their plans for this year.  Also, a share consolidation followed by an additional fund raise doesn't appear to be needed for the planned programs.

It's good to have a rational discussion on topics as many boards have so many idiots arguing !! IMHO Jim can't afford to spend a nickle on either project with just $400 in the bank, which likely will be gone by the end of the year without any exploration. The stock dropping to .035 may be the final blow. Jim is a crafty dude however and knows what he is doing, so we all will wait and see.

Ok, here is my response from the other side of the discussion: --These stocks that have very small to no volume at times can and do fall far below a yearly average.  Means nothing.   v.PEX fell to a nickel after one or more frustrated investors threw in the towel after a single drill hole result.  Last trade was 36 cents.  --You keep saying that they won't have money ...more
