With a reverse split it usually means closing shop. Ugly Bid/Ask. Management will skin the cat.

Their intention is to entice new funding on the backs of current shareholders.   All exploration stocks consolidate shares over time (except for a discovery that is big enough).   Good management announces a fund raise at the time of the consolidation and sets the price right then.  Bad management lets the price decline before doing a fund raise.   Whether or not ...more

I have the same regrets for holding.  I thought they would option or joint venture Forrest Kerr and sell Justin for cash.
