Name Change - Amilot Capital Inc - Shares 10:1 Consolidation

What to expect end of June 2018.

On March 20, 2018, at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Company, the shareholders adopted the Company’s stock option plan, approved a resolution to change the name of the Company to “Amilot Capital Inc.” and approved a resolution to consolidate the Company’s issued and outstanding shares on a 10:1 basis. The resolutions are expected to be implemented during the Company’s next fiscal quarter

Consolidation does not change the overall value of our stock holdings. In fact, this will hurt the SP afterwards because people will think the price is too high for how much the company is making. I don't believe in stock consolidaiton.  Stock split is much more preferred when a company has a high SP. Does anyone have an update on what this company has achieved so far?
