will we break thru 13 cent today
News is encouraging longer term , but realistically. ACU has less working capital then it needs to meet operating expenses so it will need to raise cash.
Will they have to issue shares at 12 cents? To meet expenses, of say $4M, It would take 33M shares. 24 cents will require 17 m shares.
Might aswell wait for 12 cents and save the risk of getting diluted unless they can sell equity for more than that.
Sucks.... but Trade the market you have , not the market you want.

True.. but I guess it depends on what kind of revenue can be expected. Trailing 12 months revenue is almost zero with expenses of close to 5 million. That would eat up all their cash. No? Do you see 5 m in revenue over next 12 months? I realize a lot can happen but given market sentiment I think another share issue is in the cards.

So here we are 12.5c, I am long ACU with a long term horizon, but I the market talks loudest. Revenues matter.
