...was at the Diavic Mine. Dominion Diamonds billed the 552.74 carat yellow diamond as the largest diamond ever found in North America (CBC). Arctic Star is in the right place and time for another large discovery. The core does not lie - all the right ingredients are in the picture. Only 4 operating mines in Canada, soon to be 5 and 6.
