Under the MDA as of August 18th when they closed the 125k pp, they had not received lab results. They would have been permitted. I'm not even sure the exchange would have permitted the audited Financials yesterday with out full disclosure, so it's very possible and likely they have not received the lab results. Imho .

Ekati, Based on my experience with regards to releasing lab results ASAP after lab work completed the answer to your question is No, based on my experience with junior mining companies. A Company may delay the release date for a variety of reasons, such as double checking lab result(s) on a specific core hole sample as results appear inaccurate, or preparing a report on the drill hole results
