Early Warning report/Positive?
Excerpt from Sedar... "In connection with a corporate reorganization, Dundee Resources Limited (“Dundee Resources”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation, acquired control of 5,275,904 common shares (“Shares”) and 5,275,904 warrants (“Warrants”) of Adira Energy Ltd. (“Adira”) When aggregated with other positions in Adira owned or controlled by Dundee Corporation, Dundee Corporation now controls 5,275,904 Shares and Warrants exercisable for the purchase of 5,988,400 Shares representing an approximate 8.76% interest on an undiluted basis and 17.00% assuming the conversion of all Warrants. ......................................................... Another report posted on Sedar indicates that these holdings were acquired from Goodman and Company. .......................................................... As stated some kind of reorganization is coming.....some kind of financial assistance on the way? At what cost? At this point, hopefully very positive.

why does your post say .50? very good news? Am I missing something here I don't see anything mentioned about .50. Please explain your post as I am not sure what you are insinuating. Cheers
