WTF AGAIN. is this a joke. Theyre taking 20% of the comapny at .38c, beofre they finalize theyre sale agreement at .50c. Someone report these clowns to the FEC

Nothing wrong in my view with the .38 financing. Just a needed way of securing the deal otherwise, they could loose it to better offer. ADZN worked, found and de-risked the project and bigger, well established money took them out for cheap. Bad for us small fish.
