I just don't know what to make of this move by SVM. They sure have a turn in the projected course of action in regards to the negotiation.  Anyway. someone stpped the sell out at .34  Are they going to review the buying price? they paid .38 for 15% offered .54/share ... What else do they want now? Is this a Oriental way of conducting business? Just me.

Kinda wonder when exactly Adventus knew about the pending litigation, for the size of the resource it was offloaded on the cheap side, a few people were surprised at how cheap.

5Ocean, trust me plenty of ways.  I doubled down, even stuck some in my rrsp.  It was obvious everyone new about the legal challenge during the deal.  Its also corrupt as hell down there and the money wins the court challenges.  They knew and knew they wouldnt get hurt ahead of time.
