ORX Ownership

Per ORX homepage, Orx owns 26% of AE outright. Orx "owns" an additional 20% per the most recent option agreement, for a total of 46%. GOLDSOLDAT

Wrong. The ORX homepage says nothing of AE ownership.  Under projects it says this. But that is wrong.  AE's Management Information Circular of June 20,2022 says Stephan Stewart is the largest shareholder with 10.2m shares. ORX's latest FS's state they own 5.2m shares, or 7.5%. Are you always this thorough?

Go to Orefinders Homepage; then go to Projects; then go to American Eagle Gold. It shows ORX ownership as 26%. Yes, I am always this thorough. Goldsoldat
