After the comic relief, the hard facts

As per the presentation and press releases, Here's a couple:1- EPL 3403, 3 deposits discovered with 2 hosting diamonds of the same size and quality then the adjacent Atlantic One operated by De Beers. Average size over 0.50 carats per stones. This means strong economics.2- Haib spin off: The value of the shares dividend out to shareholders will be conservatively priced at $ 15 million, which is higher than the current market cap. For a project that nobody was talking about until the press release one month ago, this is quite good. And don't tell me that the market aready values this one in Afri-Can because until one month ago this project was not under the loupe and AFA was trading higher. This means that you can buy a share at $ 0.05 and that you will get a dividend with a value over $ 0.05 per share of AFA. Where else can you find this?3- For sure, you don't have any knowledge about mining exploration because as far as I am concerned $ 300,000 is more than enough to carry out a geophysical survey. These are hard facts.

WRONGThe dividend will be betwenn 0.015 and 0.019  per shares, maximum.  Read carefully.   The market has anticipated this dividend,  so the real maket value right now is  0.02 per share.  My target price 0.02  soon.

From the information I got from the oil and gas industry a geophysical survey vessel is chartered at about US 14,000 per day.Afri-Can stated that the survey is 2 weeks. So the cost would be around $ 210,000 for the program. Therefore, they have enough cash. Now, Franjul you say that you don't have faith in the company anymore and that you don't own shares anymore, so what is your ...more

For the benefit of the people reading your posts, would you please give us details about the survey cost you are talking about. What year financial statements and if possible what page. This would be highly appreciated because I have checked out the financial reports since 2005 and the last and only geophysical survey was carried out in 2006 but the costs were combined with a sampling program ...more
