the share price reflect the suppose dividend coming.... at 0,04 it is to expensive. 

They are going no where with their fishing expedition.  

Do they have the money to pay the fuel for the boat. last time they had to front the money over 300k.  They stated in september that they had only 300 k  in cash.   

How do they will pay the next phase ?

they will have to issue more shares probably 50 millions shares.

The share price reflect the suppose dividend coming. I disagree with you there, from yours and other comments it seem clear that many investors do not yet seem to understand the value in the dividend spin out, but that is normal in the type of market we have.  The more the timeline to listing become clear, the more the share price will reflect the value of the spin out...
