AFA acquire with is partner IMDH 65 millions sharesfor saving his face.

+ $ 5.5 million financing maybe optimist at
.10= 55 millions shares

+ 177 millions shares aprox.

= 297,000,000 shares

Now, for developping a new concession it take 6 to 8 years
from
square one to production.

Next step for f...... shareholders,is reverse split soon, maybe 10 for 1.

29,700,000 shares and lot of options for the management.

Again the only winner is the management with is salary and options.

That's my opinion.

Mike Bob,   I would not brag too much about these prediction, on the consolidation prediction your were 60% off, Its a 4 four 1, and not a 10 for 1;   As per the timeline, from the time of your post until cash flow, its 12 to 18 months and not 6 to 8 years...   One question, did you vote your shares? and if yes did you vote for or against...
