i found the article under a reddit oil and gas stock disussion... IDK about the legitness but it does make some good points about the oil industry in general.

The 3 stocks mentioned Cheniere Energy Africa Energy Surge Energy Have all gone up since the article.. maybe it is legit. small numbers, about +4-7%, but still a plus on all mentioned
