Looks like afe is nearing the commercial agreement between total and the sa government, all the last minute cards were drown- the option of lng fpso was leaked (obviously for negotiation reasons), now volumes are revealed to put somemore pressure on the government. Big upside here near term.  Took the first byte at 18.5, second at 17 and the last one at 15.5, target price for me is around 24 ...more

Any chnace you can summarize this.  Behind a pay wall and no mention on their web site. AFE's position has long been to sell their interest once thje commercial agreement is in place; they clearly cannot fund their share of development costs. One can only hope they have been discussing this with others all along - Qatar seems a logical party.
