the O/S is just so large...over a billion shares it takes 1 million shares traded to move 0.01?

LOL...I really hope this company starts buying back its own shares with the profits they have

That is a lot of shares.  I would rather see a share buy back too instead of dividends.  The share price all depends on tin prices staying high, and increasing the resource.  If they can develop other mineral deposits, or make another significant discovery of anything this stock could fly.  Look at Ivanhoe Mines.
