Giving themselves options translates into increasing their fat salaries.  That's it !!!  Shareholders get a dividend with nothing else except a hope and prayer every year. jmho

Options are $1.10 each which is current share price. Seems fair This is not free shares, they will have to fork out $ to get them

When do they expire 3-5-10 years ? They don't put out a penny unless they convert or exercise them. A gift !!!
