Ceo wants to be acquired

The CEO has made it very clear that he would welcome the possibility for his company to be acquired at some point down the road. This company is attractively priced here and would likely sell for north of 20 cents per share. They are doing everything right including: share buybacks, paying down debt and most importantly increasing profits. Ebitda to revenue is an impressive 33% ytd!!! 


This is one of my picks for 2025.
