A dollar $ will surely be better but doubt it lol
This stock is in the hand af very few investors and small float.

Yes and management seems to have about 15% control, so in my vie something has to happen to get them and other larger investors a return on ther money or are they happy trading at .03?

Nice to see insiders with a 15% stake but a float of 234m shares is hardly considered tight in my opinion! But regardless, the huge Upside here at this time is their Hydra Project with 8 potential lithium bearing properties! A huge area spanning over 72,000 acres.
