Not suspicious about why ALX is not passing .02 and why there is a block of 2.2 M shares keeping the price low?
IMO someone wants to keep this price controlled.

And again in the USA, ALXEF was up about 20% this morning and now brought down to its knees.

ALXEF is back up on a trade od about 50,000 shares, so its sure an encouraging sign. Will see how the day ends. $0.0184 +$0.0036 +24.32%

And just to clarify as it takes some time for the trade to show on  Stockwatch, the price was actulay down and only a trade of 250 shares brought is back up. So not so encouraging and I will imagne before the end of day someone will bring the price down again.
