What are the chances of that? Even if GXP goes up to $1.50's level is like selling ALX at .07 cent. I personally think GXP will go lower

If math is correct the total shares of the combined entities is roughly 50M...so any positive news is good news for share holders

Yield over Quantity Two Apple orchards one with 1000 trees the other 500. At harvest the one with the most trees harvested 500 bushels of apples the other had a higher yield of 1000 bushels with lower costs this more profit

If math is correct GXP share price is heading lower and lower. And with that ALX equivalent offer is slowly collapsing $0.76 -$0.01 -1.30%

It Is all relative...of course...if you believe that alx's properties will not yield under this agreement then that is your view

The ALX properties can yield but easily mismanaged by GXP Don't think this is best option for ALX and will prefer another stronger partners like DML. So my vote will be NO and hope for a better partner or better offer
