Why are insiders selling???

Clarence Wagenaar believes so strongly in this company he decided to sell over 100,000 shares in february.

Hmmmm???  I don't think I've seen clarence buy any stock on the open market. Why would he, they just keep doling out cheap options and hope the "greater fool" theory kicks in.

 Buy some shares insiders inside of selling

Such abhorrent remarks; they are simply too outrageous; and then some.  This good soul, a stalwart for decades, has continuously and regularly rushed into the breach to answer the call in Alhambra’s time of need; repeatedly; time after time; after time. Most recently, when divested of ownership over Saga Creek, - who stepped up to pump in substantial funds to keep the ship afloat?    ...more

Look, - In the event that Mr. Wagenaar exercises his Warrants (to purchase 1,250,225 common shares) plus his Options (to purchase 275,000 common shares), then he would hold 12,447,273 common shares, roughly 12.8% of the issued and outstanding; so, in this light, the negligible 105,000 shares he just monetized represent a mere 0.0084% of his holdings; statistically not terribly meaningful.
