Besides taking far longer than anticipated, or is humanly possible to humor, things are actually going very well; with a great deal (within the realm of the achievable) transpiring behind the scenes; so, sure, everyone is feed up with endless waiting, but, ---

don’t lose heart,

-  concrete steps being taken are tracking quite well with expectations; just not visibly so.

Look, no one is more uncomfortable with the slow pace of ‘visible’ progress than management, but, like it or not, ‘accomplishing something special’ in Kazakhstan entails overcoming subtle obstacles in a ‘slow motion’ alternative dimension where every little thing takes longer.
