Regarding the appointment of Mr. Huhs as a director of the corporation, Mr. Huhs is a retired senior partner and special counsel of Dewey & LeBoeuf, chaired the firm's international practice for almost two decades and founded the firm's practice in the former Soviet Union, including the Moscow and Almaty (Kazakhstan) offices. He has devoted his professional career to the international practice of law, business and finance, and teaches international mergers and acquisitions at Stanford Law School

 

this looks like a very interesting move - his resume is killer & i suspect ewxactly what they need now. before you ask why Mike left, remember he is pretty old now.

 

i think this might signfy an entry point.

I agree, Mr Huhs has a very impressive resume, which could signal a big positive for the company.   What is the impression of the next board change? Does it matter that Clarence W is out?  Is he not sort of the "co-big cheese" of this company?   Is it him that is dumping shares?

 Yes, Mr. W is a fine elderly gentleman who has been struggling with serious health issues for some time whereas what this company, with great promise but a thin management team, really needs more than anything else is active, energetic, and internationally respected board members who can advise from strength in legal, financial, and general management mining expertise; plus relationship ...more
