CONSOB approval - appeal period

I am guessing that there will be little serious movement on the InvestoPro front as CONSOB allows for 60 days to appeal.

I would imagine an appeal would normally be launched if the approval was denied, therefore an appeal on the approval is extremely unlikely :) The exception is if there's a party that objects to the approval, say from a competitor or from someone else like another bank, but this is also very unlikely since I expect anyone in this space will see it as a positive that regulators are allowing

I also would not expect an appeal. However, as good decision-making goes...One should not put the cart before the horse.  I don't expect big developments until after this waiting period has been cleared. I would think  - Two months for Investopro to get their house in order. Approval clears and off to the races. Hopefully sooner, of course. Just not expecting it here. Other

I think that is a reasonable conclusion to make- wait for this 60 days to pass. This equity needs time to digest its gains as well but who knows for sure what may come out next. I am expecting AnalytixInsights to announce something significant about  developments with Euclides in the next couple of quarters but again, due to Covid-19, things may be slower than I would want.
