ALY Shareholders 93% Retail is the problem

Current ANALYTIXINSIGHT INC Shares Owned by Insiders

  6.75 %

Their is no institution ownership of ALY
Why ?
You should be able to figure that out.
It will be tough to keep all of the retail investors
on your side as no commitment
A Penny stock is a Penny stock no matter what
sector it is in as 99% are money losers
To me ALY could be a good trade at the right price

I calculated roughly $26.68 CAD for ALY relative to Robinhood by adjusting for at least 8.9x less shares (pps increases 8.9x), 10x smaller user share (pps decreases 10x), and 49% ownership in MW (pps cut in half). The valuation of Robinhood is extremely high.

“The valuation of Robinhood is extremely high.”   This is often the advantage of first movers.  But we are still early in the game and the valuation of MW is yet to be determined.  But we know for sure that Analytix’s share price will be much higher after the spin off / IPO.    Patience U

The key will be structure. 1. MW could use ALY as an RTO vehicle and back into that.  2. MW could proceed with an IPO.  I also believe in ALY shareholders having an option for a liquidity event. With ALY owning the technology, would there not be better derived value for ALY shareholders should the IP become the property of MW? The dilution in ALY is reasonable, shareholders issued ...more

I am reminded of Sophicapitals’ last report on AnalytixInsight: I would be happy with a $2.00 SP in 12 months as a starter..... ” As a more relevant exercise, since MarketWall plans to generate revenue from users, we believe AnalytixInsight stock may be valued by investors through a different lens based on revenue. With this methodology, over four to five years, future value of roughly C$6.00 ...more

Good points, although an RTO may be problematic due to regulatory issues. MW is Italian based with approval from CONSOB, ALY is Candian based without trading approval. Maybe the regulatory approval survives an RTO but I doubt it. ALY has a presence in NA, and I'm sure MW and it's backers see access to NA as a big advantage, so something is likely in the works behind the scenes. We do have ...more

Just want to remind all that regulatory approval is not required in the same way as with Investopro. This new development is easier as it will be just a trading platform for banks / brokerages without one (for self-directed investors). These banks / brokerages already have approval for their other activities. It will be used in the same way as ISP / Azimuth use the platform developed by MW that ...more
