Doubtful.  How would Torrent be able to influence the ALY landscape when, according to Sedar financial filings, they are seriously in the ditch financially? CEO Wade Dawe appears to have a hand in multiple firms, at first glance many of those microcap. Is he able to shift resources into Torrent that so far this year has only had a gain on investments of $23171.00 as of June 30/22 and

I suspect that Torrent, through the new board member, will have influence over ALY. That is the reason why Scott is now on the board. Success through shared interest. There will not be a buy out, or anything like that. An independent board member representing an investment firm that has a stake in ALY is a good thing. He is also coming into this with a personal stake in ALY that was bought on
