The last new release came from the "board" and from "GLOBE NEWSWIRE"
The many previous releases came from "Business Wire"

What are the guidlines for acceptance and then releasing news?
How can there be dualing boards and/or management?

on another note the earnings are due to be released in a couple of weeks.
How does Market wall effect this and any word on that situation which was puzzling before all this current drama happend?

Yeah, there are questions about the authority to make news releases and the procedures to call a board meeting. I don't have great access right now so can't look into the bylaws but I'm guessing that is where one would need to go for clarity. I don't see any issue with Marketwall that should impact Year End financials. Depending on which is you believe, there either is or isn'

You would find it better to use honey than vinegar but sure... 1) I don't know what the total number of users are.  2) I don't know what the total number of users are but I do know that these users (Intesa Sanpaolo, Gemina) are different than users signed up under InvestoPro directly because I reached out to ALY management directly to seek clarification following what I consider to
