So why did Marketwall stop payments in March?

With all the KAOS at ALY they are saying the contract was not full filled 
Now that is a major litigation problem against
a multi billion dollar enterprise

Good question! Plus, what would be the "contract" that was unfulfilled as a result of the chaos? Last time around, ALY provided funds (from the public offering) to ensure they had an equivalent proportion of MarketWall (as did Intesa, but not Marco et al.). This money was ultimately returned to ALY through the dividend. This was definitely confusing. Was money asked of ALY and Intesa ...more
